This is the Peon, the backbone of the Horde economy. Peons can go to a gold mine to bring gold, or to the trees to bring lumber, just like the peasants. Select it, press "H" and point a gold mine or a tree. Works on the map too. Harvest shortcut. Peasant harvest hotkey - h.
