Craft the World computer game is an amazing, fun and exciting fantasy sim, that will need a lot of real time strategy, planning and logistic. It's lovely 2D graphic do not need super powerful computers or videocards and will offer a smooth gameplay experience for most of the peoples out there. Like most modern games, it is well maintained and constantly updated. Endless hours of digging and crafting will meet the player with lost rooms, ancient structures, scary monsters and precious metals, hidden somewhere underground.

We start the game in open ground with the warehouse and one dwarf. First thing to do is to chop a few nearby trees for ladders. Then we need to dig some tunnels underground to make a shelter with the first available hatches and beads. This tunnel formation is a very good basis for making the first small shelter. But, it is most exciting and rewarding, to find your own way to do the things.

Craft the World - How to Get Water

Water is used for cooking and smelting. To get water we need to find a lake, like this on the screenshot. There are also underground lakes. Water may appear after rain as small puddles, like the one in the right part of the screen near the Craft Tree icon. Now, to collect the water from the water source, we need 2-3 buckets, here is how to Craft a Bucket. When bucket are crafted, the dwarves will use them when needed, so we just need to click the water source with the right button and make the command to collect water. Also if the shop with the orc is active, water can be directly bought from there for some coins.

No wonder we can't see a fishing dwarf. This is because they fish underground. In the Craft the World PC game, we just need to dig a little further in the ground and eventually we will find water. To be able to hold water, the bottom of the space must be covered with stones, so no matter how badly we need that stones to make a lovely walls, we must not remove them.

Any dwarf can fish, as long as we have a fishing rod in the warehouse. We just click the water and a faint fishing rod will appear there. When a dwarf is free, he will come and try to catch those scary fishes with light over their heads. The Fish is a food resource.The dwarves need it to be healthy and strong.

On the first and secont planet, the world will be generated with one big stone mountain somewhere on the surface. This mountain is the main, fast collectable stone resource and we may dig the whole mountain just with the most basic pickles and the Portal spell. Stones are durable material suitable for walls and floors in early and later stages.

First we may dig a passage in the basis of the mountain. It is easy and not very dangerous. Then we can place the portal on the top of the mountain and dig downwards without using ladders and shaft. Some dwarves may fall from the mountain, but they will be fine as long as they are in good health. For all this we do not need a single ladder or additianal construction tools

This is a piece of the technology tree in Craft the World PC video game. Advancing in technology is simple. We just need to craft the items from the available technologies. Some of them will give more tech points and another less. Some of them will need resources that we do not have yet, thus changing our exploration priorities.

All of the technologies are important, but Advanced Construction just change the way we craft the world itself. It will allow building the scaffolding, that dwarves can use instead of ladders. The thing is, that the scaffolds do not need a dwarf to place them, they are placed and removed instantly by the player, wherever he needs and wants.
