Unlike any other RPG game, we use the team abilities from a circlet around the character face. It may be a little confusing to read the text in different directions, but at some point it is well used to.

Finding Elmo | Temple of Elemental Evil

Elmo is a quite fun NPC character in Temple of Elemental Evil. He is a fighter, and although very drunk, he may become a great warrior. Elmo is found in the beginning at the game, while exploring the city along the road. A little conversation may convince him to join the team.

Combat Screen | Temple of Elemental Evil

Combats in Temple of Elemental Evil are very exciting. Unlike most RPGs, they are turn based and every character have 2-3 points of energy to use per turn. This is where for the first time I observed the initiative factor, later applied in most RPG and strategy games.

• Hints: Long weapons like spear or polearm can hit the enemy from the second line.
