X-COM: Apocalypse, known as UFO 3 comes with a little different gameplay from the classical X-COMs. It have a real time option that is sometimes useful. And this time we do not defend the whole planet, but just one city. There are all types of cool weapons and gadgets. The soldiers are separated by their physical and psychical abilities. And even if it looks a little clumsy at first, the game is really interesting and fishy.


Here is the equipment screen. To the left the soldier's characteristics. In the middle we drag and drop equipment from the bottom line. To the right he sidebar for selecting a soldier.

Fallout Tactics: Brotherhood of Steel PC Game - More explanation screenshots

In my personal opinion, Fallout Tactics 3 Brotherhood of Steel is the best of all Fallouts out there. May be because I like the RPG elements more than the Action elements. I was eagerly watching all new titles but none of them caught me like Brotherhood of Steel. It is a wonderful post apocalyptic RPG game with interesting story and long and fishy gameplay.

When it comes to play a post apocalyptic game again, this will be the one. Now this screenshots is very far in the game story. Dasy and Sharon are fully equipped with the best heavy armors, which are hard to find. They are the tanks. Farsight and Stivie are snipers, they carry a thin medium armor. Jax and Kevin are with light armor, but heavy weapons. In this location, which is probably one of the many hidden sites, the team will make one of its epic adventure.

This is a statistic info for the Elf hero from Majesty 2 PC video game. Elves are the most mobile and curious units, thus they play an important role in the gameplay.

1. The blue slider above the avatar show the mana reserve. Elves use mana to cast some spells obtained from their home building, like Haste and some lovely arrow shots, like Entangling.

2. The green bar under the avatar is the elf health. It is not much, but elves tend to run from the battle and save themselve when things get messy.
3. Orange bar on the top is the hero experience and general level.

4. Left column shows equipped items and potions. This is the level 3 bow and level 3 medium armor, researched in the Forge. Then we have the healing potion and mana potion, which the unit use as needed in battle. Potions are obtained from the Magic Shop(bazaar)

5. Elf Statistics.
     5.1. First column:

• Strength(the white fist) is the fighter statistic, it is not needed for elves, because it affects melee   damage.
• Agility(the white aim) is the main Elf statistic. When hireing elves, watch that statistic, if it is les than 18, drop that elf and train another.
• Intelligence(the white book) is somewhat important for an elf, because he have some spells to cast. It is good to be over 10, but having 20 Agility this particular elf on the screenshot is excellent one.
• Stamina(the white bag caring) is important for hero running speed. For elves it have a maximum value of 12.

    5.2. Second column:

• Ranged Damage(white arrow) - the amount of damage the elf do on hit with arrow.
• Magic Damage(white lightning) - the amount of damage the elf do on hit with magic attacks.
• Movement Speed(white run) - the move speed of the elf  maximum of 6

   5.3.Third column:

•    They are the melee defense, ranged defense and magic defense of the unit.

It was a calm night on Mars, when one of the installation structures appeared to be attacked by the Rticulans. In UFO Afterlight PC video game, the Reticulans are not the strongest enemy, and they will even become allies at some point. Because the team was familiar with the terrain, they put on Gatling guns and positioned at the end of the forming tunnel on thе low ground. Gatling guns are the soul reapers for Reticulans, because they are physically week and come in many numbers, a spray of bullets from five soldiers is just a slaughter. During night, the team can't actually see them, but being psychically active, Reticulans are easily detected by Psi detection. Night vision helps too.

And Rita, always free minded and disobedient, she is standing over the highground with the shotgun observing the battle. Although her role seems lazy, she is guarding that one entrance from above (seen on the minimap)

Here is one of many ways to engage the last mission in UFO Aftermath PC video game. After clearing the Reticulans on the surface of the Moon, the squad appear in an underground tunnelled base with many bridges and mazes. Despite common sense, they are not equipped with heavy weapons and armor, but rather 4 NEO shotguns (Neostead) and 3 Snipers (HK PSG1 and M82A1A Barrett). The Neostead appear to be the most versatile weapon, because of its heavy damage and fast shooting, while no impairing the soldier's movement.

When the squad make its way through the maze it will reach a room with a strange aliens Octopus, which are very tough for long range. After opening the door to the room the first 2-3 will fall easy, but some of them will get close eventually. The bridge is too narrow for manoeuvre so the team must retreat a little back in the caves and kite the remaining Octopus around suitable obstacle. At this point the snipers may be useless, so swapping weapon or healing the aggro soldier is a good idea. If the agro soldier gets too much damage, while all others shooting restless with the Neostead, it may be moved away and changed with other healthy one.
