Look at the screen. You must win this fight in this turn or loose the game in the next one. Here is a clue: which of the creatures should receive the Firebreathing?

MtG Shandalar | Using Gauntlet of Might
The Gauntlet of Might is an artifact card that cost 4 colorless mana to cast. It is not rare or legendary and it may be obtained from the random merchants with gold or amulets. This card is a must for every Red deck in maximum quantities. What it reads is: "Whenever a mountain is tapped for mana, it produces an additional red mana. All red creatures get +1/+1". Now how awesome is that! But I must be careful when play against red mages. Also in Shandalar when I do not use all my tapped mana, it takes that amount as life. The Gauntlet of Might is often victim of enchantment spells, counters and sorcery, that's why it is good to be in maximum quantities. The effect of the gauntlet is also cumulative. Pull out two Gauntlets of Might and you get +2/+2 creatures. When this card is out, it is time to thing for a direct damage on the opponent with cards like Firebreathing, Disintegrate, Earthquake or Fireball, spells that take damage equal to mana. In this case on the screenshot I can use either of them. In the last turn the rival mage took my Shivan Dragon, so I can not finish it with the Firebreathing Wasp, as he will defend, but can rid of the dragon.

And once in a while I can take out four Gauntlets of Might, how awesome is that!? :)
