Three Wonders - The Best Games Ever

Three Wonders ia a lovely fantasy Capcom game from the 90's. Our hero(es) take the two way road to save the kingdom and unstone the inhabitants. He can fire an arrow or find another weapons explained below. He can jump, crouch, climb and roll while he is crawling and jump button is hit. Now the game is available in many consoles, but the magic when it was found only in arcade console, during 90s is, is unrepeatable

Knights of the Round - The Best Games Ever

Capcom Knights of the Round is another 90's hack and slash arcade game, available for consoles and later for PC and other platforms. I still remember the best player from the company, back in the previous age when we were exploring these amazing ways of entertainment. Knights of the Round video game take us in the middle age England and the legend of king Arthur. We may play one of 3 main charracters, which were the most trusted knights from the Round Table.

Warlords 1 is the first PC video game from the exciting turn based strategy Warlords series, that we used to play during the 90s'.

This is the combat screen for two armies led by heroes. In general heroes are not very strong, until they find some artifacts or thrones in the ruins on the map, that will increase their strength or leadership. The combat is very random. Every combat round, the most left units strengths are calculated to make a winner. It si very easy to loose a strong unit to a weaker one, but the most important is to save the heroes. Clicking with the mouse anywhere will make the combat run faster.

Golden Axe is one of the games, that the very first computer generation of people, have grown up with. It was very exciting to play it again to write this blog. It starts directly in windows, thought it is better to run it with DOS-Box to control the screen dimension. The game was first released only for consoles and played with coins and then released for 16 bit personal computers by Sega. After that, the game have many improved versions.

The default keys to play with the keyboard are:
6 or Right arrow - move right;
4 or Left arrow - move left;
8 or Up arrow - move up;
2 or Down arrow - move down;
5 - strike;
0 or Insert - jump;
7 - move north-west
9 -  move north-east
1 - move south-west
3 - move south-east
Right shift - cast magic.

Playing Civilization 1, around the year 2820 BC, I found the first barbarians to the North. They were hidden in the abandoned ruin near the shore. That militia unit was lost in the name of the exploration of the world. After the overwhelming ride, some of the horsemen reached the borders of the city of M04.
