Space is quite exciting turn based space strategy game. There are many varieties of resources that are found on the
planets. The planets themselves are exciting to govern. The combats are not directly controlled and can only be watched, but the ship designs give a lot of options. Also, like Master of Orion 2,
there are leader that can govern a planet, giving it tremendous
bonuses. Another leaders are good ship commanders. ES game is light and playable, which can not be said for its successor ES2.

Let's Begin | Endless Space Game Screenshot
The game begins with one home star system, containing from 2-4 planets. There are 3 leaders available and it is best the first to be a planetary leader. Then all the ships are going for exploration, at first it is quiet and friendly, the colony ships should be safe alone. The first production is a colony ship too, though excessive expansion is tricky, the south part of the research tree holds the knowledge to fix it. Then the adventure begin with full power.

Here is a nice system with full 6 planets. Well one is asteroid, but they can too be colonized. What is best for me is to research Arid transformation fast, so all planets become arid, except one or two jungles (two if they are huge). Huge jungles will give +2 population, and all the rest +1, compared to arid planets.

Entry day 97: "Yep, those nasty grey ships moving from star to star. According to my observation pirates start to appear after researching the firs ship hull. They form only on stars with no ship or any vision on them, so keeping a scout over the market for colonisation stars will save me a lot of trouble" Adventure archive December 28 2016.

Arid Terraforming | Endless Space Game Screenshot
Arid planets are great, as they give a lot of credits and, but have one less population of small to large planets and 2 on huge planets... still playing 27.12.2016... winter is cool for space games! :)
