Civilization: Call to Power, or shorter CTP 1, is another variety of regular civilization game, which is quite successful. The clean isometric graphic is amazing and the base differences in concept and gameplay makes it worth trying. Although the game is from 1999, it have a 1280x1024 screen resolution!

The empire is very happy and bring 100 k gold per turn, which can buy 5 of the most expensive buildings, and two of the most expensive units per turn.

Fieldrunners 2 is may be the greatest tower defense game, by overall score. The game have nice and clean isometric 3D graphic, which means smooth gameplay on average computers. The variety of towers is great, more than 15 tower types can be unlocked with XP and Stars. There are 3 types of missions, explained later and the story line is quite amusing.
