After the last events in mission 27, the orcs and humans continue deeper in the Ashenvale forest to anticipate the demon's plans. Tyradne Whisperwind, the leader of the night elf forest sentinels, believe orcs and human will bring only destruction. She is a ranger hero with the first spell Scout. It is not a combat spell, but very useful to explore the map and find hidden things in the some times confusing 3D environment. Only the scout is able to detect the Hydralisk in mission 29.
