After Grom and his clan drink from the poisoned well, they become the Chaos Orcs. Chaos Orcs are stronger and have different abilities. Now they have the strength to destroy the night elves to the west. The defense on mission 24 is easily mend with a lot of towers.

In mission 25 Thrall will finally reach the dungeon, where the Oracle(the Prophet) should be. Cairne Bloodhoof, the tauren melee hero will also join for the rest of the missions in the Orc campaign. There are two minor quests and a lot of combat.

In the next mission the heroes enter into a dungeon area. Some spells are not active in dungeons, and there is no building constructions in them. All men at hand will count. Hopefully the heroes have some cool spells, like the Chain Lightning spell of Thrall. It hurls a bolt of damaging lightning at a target enemy unit that jumps to nearby enemies, while each jump do less damage. The tauren hero will join later to secure the dungeon from another entry point.

Here is Cairne Bloodhoof path in the dungeon mission 26. He will join later when Thrall reach a locked door. Cairne Bloodhoof is a nice and wise melee hero from the Tauren race, who may shake the ground ans stun enemies around. On his way in the dungeon, there is a Hungry Hungry Lizard. Do not rush to kill it. The lizard will eat the mushrooms and clear a way to a nice item.

After Thrall finds the Oracle, he revels the future plans. The Prophet ally the orcs and the remaining human resistance, in the face of Jaina, in the struggle against the demon invasion. In mission 27, they need to free the orc hero Grom Hellscream from the chaos curse he caught in previous missions. Jaina will play computer controlled ally and Thrall need to reach Grom and use the Soul Gem on him. The Soul Gem will take one precious slot from the inventory and can not be dropped. When Grom is free, he and Thrall will face Mannaroth in a cinematic combat and Grom will fall, killing the demon. This is the end of the Orc campaign and the story focus on the Night Elves.

After the last events in mission 27, the orcs and humans continue deeper in the Ashenvale forest to anticipate the demon's plans. Tyradne Whisperwind, the leader of the night elf forest sentinels, believe orcs and human will bring only destruction. She is a ranger hero with the first spell Scout. It is not a combat spell, but very useful to explore the map and find hidden things in the some times confusing 3D environment. Only the scout is able to detect the Hydralisk in mission 29.

The Tree of Life is the main building of the night elves. Yes, it is the building where resources are collected and it can move around the map. It can also eat trees to regain hit points or make ways. Fortunately night elf workers do not need to go to the building to unload resources. They also do not remove the tree when harvesting it. They are very nature loving race.

Chased by the demons Tyrande need to reach her sisters in the far end of the map undedtected by the demon patrols. All night elf are invisible at night if not attacking or casting spells. Before continuing to the south, Tyradne need to check the around for items, like the Slippers of Agility +3. Agility is the main characteristic of Tyradne and will also increase the damage of the hero.

Advancing further in mission 29 Daughters of the Moon, Tyrande stumble upon something very exciting. Among the trees in the north-east part of the map, lies a hidden Hydralisk. It is just around the first place where 4 Ballistas join. Use these ballistas to remove the trees and make may to the zerg. When Tyrande go near it, the Hydralisk will join the player in the battle against the Scourge.
