- Defense - help when aliens attack the base. If the ship is not destroyed by many defense buildings it will at least reduce their numbers.
- General Stores - gives 50 space for storing any item different than human. I.e. weapons, materials, armor, tanks, ordnance, alien ship parts, corpses and equipment.
- Alien Containment - needed to store live aliens and be able to research them.
- Hangar - give 1 slot for flying crafts, including interceptors and Skyrangers.
Hint: It is important to build the Hangars in one place, so when aliens attack the base, the squad is not too separated.
Hint: Make a base only for production but not more than 5 workshops. When engineers became more than 255, the hex value will rotate and begin from 0. Manufacture medikids and laser pistols and sell them to survive on high difficulty.
