Civilization 4: Colonization computer game is a remake of the famous title, using civ 4 engine. It is not a mod for the game, but a full stand alone game, made by Firaxis. It is one exciting adventure in the spirit of  exploration times prior the industrial revolution. It holds some amazing modern features, like the wagon train automation.

Now when our towns are well developed, they should be specialising in specific industries. For example, one or two cities will produce a lot of tobacco and cigars. They will be the source of those resources. When we construct the Warehouse Expansion building(available to cities over size of 9), the town will be able to trade with Europe all the warehouse exceeding production with a 50% tax. Our task is to transport all these resources in one city ans sell more or transport them with the ships. There the Wagon Trains come in handy. We can automate them to go to a city, take specific resource and transport it to another city. To do so, we must go to every city, and set what resource it will export or import, from the trade routs icon under the construction icon. Optimizing the transportation is called Logistics.

Free Colonization computer game is a must play for every strategist out there. It is a classic turn based strategy game that lead us in the years of the colonization of America. It is well maintained and updated as for 2015 and will run on all windows with installed Java.

So after we develop a good city locations and the industry is flourishing, we need to attend the army, to defend our territories form the native tribes and the greedy king. Any colonist that is given a musket from the warehouse can be a soldier, but the veteran soldiers are always better. Beside hiring expensive veterans from Europe, we can train our free colonists to become veterans if we have the university building in one of our cities. Then we need horses. It is good idea to invest for 50 horses in the beginning. Place them in a city with many food and breed them. Veteran soldiers and horses are the key to easy and lazy gameplay.

Imperium Galactica 2 computer game is a real time space strategy released in the distant 2000. Yet it may compete with some of the modern titles in the genre, if we find a way to start it on windows 7 and upcoming 8 with a good resolution. I remember the days when it was released. My computer was too week to run it, but luckily I had a friend with a good computer that was busy to attend his girlfriend in the local vegetable market. I was able then, to negotiate some utilisation hours of the good hardware. Good times good friends now and then.

But back on the game. We move our ships on the map in fleets. We can not make many fleets but must strategically deploy the ones we have on the map. Here, a rival planet have stumbled in our territory. On the way to take it, the Seeker fleet detects the enemy fleet that have anticipated our move. It will be a glorious battle.

Here two small missile ships are launching the big damage torpedoes. I must not forget to play with them.

After taking the planetary shields and fleets out in Imperium Galactica 2 PC video game, we deploy our ground forces to conquer the planet. First of all we must remove the Fortress buildings. Master of  Defense PC video game is an exiting tower defense game, that is easy to launch and not much complex. There are 4 types of towers. A medieval tower that attack only ground monsters. A magic tower that attack only fliers, a tree tower that attack ground and air and an ice tower that slows the critters. We place these towers near the road where those mobs of monstrous critters move in waves.

In the first level, where the monsters attack the city, is not important where we place the towers. But it is important to have one tower on a good level before starting another. It is always best to upgrade them to a maximum level than building many of them. The first flying monster will be in wave 4 and the first boss in wave 6-8.

Level 2 of Master of  Defense PC game is a lovely plain. The road is full with curves, but the optimal spot is near the the castle gate, where the road goes twice. Then if a monster slip away, we have a second chance to catch it with the same towers. This is the first mission we get the Ice Tower to help us. It is taken from the plus button beside the time slider and choosing +1 ice magic. It will slow down the creeping monsters and should be placed in lines along the road.

Level 3 of Master of  Defense PC game is a frozen snowy land. Thought it is most exciting to find your own spots to deploy the towers, here is a good placement. Every curve should contain at least one ice tower, one ground tower and two air towers. They should be leveled to maximum as soon as possible, then we move another curve. A maximum level 5 ice tower can slow a single monster to a state where it barely moves. So level 5 ice, lvl 5 air and lvl 10 ground towers must be made before the first boss arrive. With them, it have no chance.
