Here is a screen of top five cities from Civilization 3. Top 5 cities do not have any game play effect, just make the player proud. To enter in the this rating, on Monarch difficulty, a city must have at least 3 world wonders in it and have more than 15 population. We can adopt a strategy where only 5 cities build wonders. That should be our 5 best cities.
There were times when I was naming the cities after my gril friends' names(not girlfriends, just friends that are girls, there is no time for love with all these exciting TBS games, and I have the freedom to like them all :). They were amazing times that bring a lot of good memories now. I should had begun saving game screens 15 years earlier(huh, excelent english, en :)
