This is a part of the early technology tree in Civilization 4: Dune Wars computer game mod. The most important early technology is the Faith. The first one to discover it gets the Shai-Hulud religion which will bring +1 happiness in the whole empire. Then we can focus on some city improvements technologies and try to reach Divine Mandate, if the things are still peaceful around. If we can get it before some conflict appear we will have a good melee fighters too.
